50 - 60 sit ups a day normal, when at home.

at gym : i do 15-20 reps with 25kg on my belly and i do sit ups. god it will make u ache but got wat i wanted at the end

low body fat percent (%) is good.... ur abs will not show unless u have 10% or lower....
