How do u guys keep progression in ure program, could it be like this :
normaly i do 3x8=58kg when im able to do 3x10=58kg ill go down to 3x6 with 60kg and when i get to 3x10 i change again

i didnt get a **** of what ure saying, but if u want a bigger body, stcik to squats, bench press, chin ups, dead lifts etc... all the basics on the first day in the week, and then go to the more defined exercises the second time...
