Well here goes, the first pictures are double biceps + back

The first picture i weighted 58kg then the after picture was taken 6month later i weighted 70kg

As i hope u can see my Left side isent as big as the right, i really hate this... Theres a very big difference on my shoulders any ideas how to make them equal ?

omfg...sorry bro, i dont know how i missed that...it is noticable, your dominant arm is def your right...just make sure when u are doing your back w\os that your left arm does as much work as your right...within time that will sort itself out. it happens alot with alot of bbders arms & even lats sometimes, so try not to worry bout it too much...just concentrate on your lifting, & in time that will go...keep ya head up mate

yea your right arm is definetly doing most of the work in your w\os...concentrate a bit more on your form & do slower movements, on a slightly heavier weight than what you'd normally use...but u have come really well. keep it up

nice nice, i recommend bigger lats of course but its fundemntal to build some thickness so even if your lats dont look pretty they'll have power

i would recommend to masturbate 30 mins a day... 10 mins with right arm and 20 mins with the left... it would really help to bring up size, not only in forearms, but if u do it really hardcore u will also bring up size in the upper arm...

You do have a nice peak on you right arm but definatly need more mass on upper half of your body. With a bigger chest/back and your tight waist you'd look wicked.

I know that many of you guys arent that familur with a Fullbody program, but the time i have is very low and a fullbody is needed

im wondering how i can do good progressions, first i startet doing HST but it was to slow for me... now if i train my own Fullbody i down know wich exercies to do cuz i normaly do 2split if i could...

How do u guys keep progression in ure program, could it be like this :

normaly i do 3x8=58kg when im able to do 3x10=58kg ill go down to 3x6 with 60kg and when i get to 3x10 i change again

or how can this be done ?

i didnt get a **** of what ure saying, but if u want a bigger body, stcik to squats, bench press, chin ups, dead lifts etc... all the basics on the first day in the week, and then go to the more defined exercises the second time...

Well ill try to explain,

If you keep training with a weight 3x8= 100Kg the body will Grow and get stronger so the 100Kg isent that hard any more

thats why progressions is needed where u add more kilo so u stress the muscle on a new lvl, and it well there for try to grow and get stronger

problem is that ive stayed around the 55-60kg in bench press 3x8 in along time and my chest doest grow that fast any more, and i dont gain that much strenght

i havent really worked with progressions before

okey, why do u worry about ur bench specifically? u should worry about all bodyparts...

if ure doing low reps now, try higher them for a period, if u have high now, then lower them... variation is the key to success...
and remember u have the whole life in front of u.. bodybuilding is a life long journey...
