Please let me know what you guys think. What needs more improvement? I personally think biceps, back, and chest. I weighted in at 177lbs

I'm 5' 10" I been doing so much cardio its hard to bulk up. I eat around 200g of protien a day. I can't seem to gain though. I walk/run 3-5 miles a day plus bike another 3-5 miles

I think you have a good back. Your chest doesn't look too bad but could use some work.
And yeah, you could work on your biceps.
