After 1 week of lifting the only progress you're going to see is maybe a sweat stain on your tee shirt, progress takes a lot of time. From this point though you look pretty lean and should work on adding mass, so eat and eat and eat and when you're done eating go train.

u look real lean bro but mass-wise one week or even 2+months of solid training doesent yeild much clear improvement.. in particular you need to hammer away at your chest

same as everyone else said, you're lucky starting lean, now bulk up and rub some rogain on the chest and back.

thanks guys im a distance runner thats why so lean im stoppin running disttance since ive torn my lcl its been to hard to run

haha im a state champ x-c runner in oregon and it can effect your leg mass but overall short runs are awsome for your metabolism
