I was carrying a lot of fat in these before pics. I will say that bulking the way I did before i lost the weight did help me put on a lot of muscle though, but it came with a lot of fat. I am trying to do things differently this time.
I cut most of the weight just because I wanted to, but then when i heard about the Mr. WV competition I decided to try to get in shape for that. I started in September and heard about the show in December. The show was on April 14th.
