Getting hardcore about things now. Should have some new progress pics soon. Waiting for my weight to drop a certain amount before I post new ones.
The diet has been a lot better recently due to some changes.
I cook about 4-5 lbs of chicken on the weekends, and then refrigerate it for the week.
My meals look something like this:
Meal 1: 7:30 AM
Chicken Breast - Qty 1
Ritz Crackers - Qty 7
Meal 2: 12:30 PM
Tuna Fish - Qty 1 (Big Can - 55G Protein)
Ritz Crackers - Qty 12
Ranch Dressing - Qty 2-3 Servings (approx.)
Meal 3: 6:00 PM
Protein Bar - Qty 1
Meal 4: 9:00 PM
Eggs - Qty 4
Wheat Toast - Qty 1 Slice
I've cut back on my meal frequency to reduce calories. I tend to eat too much when I eat more meals per day, even if its healthy food.
These meals are approximations, and vary from day to day. Some days I mgiht have a small bag of popcorn in the evenings (75 calories total), and other evenings Ill have a protein bar before and after lifting (I try not to eat them except before and working out because of the sugar content.)
I don't really "count" calories or protein intake. I've just been trying to go by how I look in the mirror and what I weigh on the scales. If the weight isnt going down, then I'm reducing calories more.
I have been doing zero cardio for the past several weeks. I do walk a lot for work some days though - probably around 2 miles a day. It's a very slow walk and i take my time since Im checking on the progress of things at the jobsite.
