but seriously, how about you clue us in on your workout regiment or diet or post a picture so we have something to give advice on...

wow that was fast well, I'm a college student in PA and I have been lifting on and off for about 3 months at a time my diet consists of chicken and lots of fish but my problem is I drink to much and end up cheating on the latenight meals.

Post some of your stats ie. height weight bf%.
First thing I can say is that if your serious about competitive bodybuilding you gotta stop drinking as it has no place here. Second, bodybuilding isn't just someting where you toss some weights around, eat some chicken, Genie wiggles her nose and "POOF" your Arnold, it takes a lot of dedication and knowledge to get to a point where you're ready for the stage. If you're willing to make the necessary sacrifices then we are willing to help you along the way.

Yes I was a high school wrestler and I just got out of the marines during these times I did alot of lifting

before I go any further and recomend exercises that would be too primary, you should post some pics so we can see what you got to work with.

The one thing I would reccomend right off the back is to invert the way that you do your sets. Start off with a warmup set, 15 and higher, maybe two sets of those. But start with the heavier sets first and then switch to the lighter sets.

I dont have a camera or I would and I did this type of routine 3 months ago and I got alot bigger. Im one of those mesomorphs. I think that's how you spell it. I'm lacking alot in my shoulders. My strogest points are in my arms I have fairly large bi's n tri's and forarms. I'll try to get a pic up though soon.
