First thing I can say is that if your serious about competitive bodybuilding you gotta stop drinking as it has no place here. Second, bodybuilding isn't just someting where you toss some weights around, eat some chicken, Genie wiggles her nose and "POOF" your Arnold, it takes a lot of dedication and knowledge to get to a point where you're ready for the stage. If you're willing to make the necessary sacrifices then we are willing to help you along the way.
