those really arnt the best pics man.. we need photo's from the opposite side of the bicep too to really give a good and honest critique. but you do have a pretty good peak from the rear. whats your arm measure at?

however bro, from what i see your an ectomorph. its time you started eating alot more than you do.
dont do any cardio from now on, just bulk for the next 6 years.

it should only take 6 weeks to bulk arms up another 1.5". it took me less than 2 weeks for .5"...they dont take long bro...

with roids yea.. OR if ur just starting to work out u can put one inches easily. But when uve been working out for a long time and ur not on roids.. .5 inches in 2 weeks is ummm.. supernatural.

thats goboldygook bro. arms are one of the easiest muscles to bulk up i added near enough .5" in less than 2 weeks without gear...my arms now are 22" pumped, so i dont know where u got that info from. with the rite nutrition, n natty supps u can acheive this. im not saying its easy but it is possible bro...
