thats goboldygook bro. arms are one of the easiest muscles to bulk up i added near enough .5" in less than 2 weeks without gear...my arms now are 22" pumped, so i dont know where u got that info from. with the rite nutrition, n natty supps u can acheive this. im not saying its easy but it is possible bro...
