Monday: Chest/Calfs
Tuesday: Tri/Abs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Back/Delts/Calfs
Friday: Bi's/Abs
Saturday Night:Quads/Hams

Switching my split about every month. 2500/400/30. I still have a long ways to go I think. Especially with my Bi's, Tri's, and upper/inner chest. Shoulders could use some work as well. So basically everything.

i would increase fat intake by about another 30. have a burger and small fries from hungry jacks like once a day (they have about 60g fat total, yes its sickeningly high for just a burger) for 3-4 weeks and see how that effects your weight and gym work.

its a trick i did when i used to work there.. when the 3/4 weeks ticked over i would do subway for a week, and continue. i did this in my final months before i quit.

well its probably got to do with carb/fat intake. increase the intake of either, and they will grow.
so long as your doing the heavy basics like skull crushers, close grip bench press and dips, they should grow.
stretch them after you have worked them and then stretch them the day after and see how this effects your triceps.

thanks, I've been doing everything you've mentioned except closed grip bench........I will try stretching them for longer than I already do. Thanks for the suggestions.
