7 Months Training

Just took these pictures and hate them but I'm gonna use them as before pictures because my dieting has been going well. Hopefully soon I will be able to look back with a much better shape. Any advice, comments, whatever are more than welcome and I know about my biceps having no peak dispite they are 19 inches but hopefully when the fat goes more they will.

I would love to compete someday but I'll have to see if I can get anywhere near that level first. To show the difference between where I came from and now, this pic is from 5 weeks training.

Good waist size. Good over all size. Only question I have is about your trap size, post a picture doing a most muscular pose.

After you cut down a little more you can nit pick a little more about muscles. But you'r looking solid.

I'm also digging the tats.

Also, did you do any tanning? You look lighter in the five weeks out picture. I need to get a tan i'm white as a ghost as a matter of fact.
