I have lost about 14lbs since these pics and need to take some new ones really but here goes. Any comments or pointers welcome.

Welcome to the dungeon! You have good mass. The main thing you need to work on imo is your bicep peaks. Post your other pics if you get a chance.

Yeah, my bi's are a weak point for me. I train them hard get bulk but no peak dispite doing the right exercises. My arms are 19 inches at the minute by the way and thanks for the welcome.

What are your stats in these pictures?

My stats were 231lbs at 177.5 tall/5ft 10. Dont tend to measure body parts much and I'm hoping that it was the extra fat on my arms that make them look like they have no peak. I'm around 210lbs now by the way, but still need to lose about 17lbs or so IMO
