5'7'' 170 lbs...been lifting for football since HS but am not playing anymore. I decided i'm going to start lifting different from football and take my diet seriously (not eating everything just to gain weight) about 2 months ago. i know it is not a great picture, but critique away.

I found concentration curls help with a peak, although some people may not even be able to get one, Kevin Levrone had an awesome Back Double Bi but had almost no peaks (compared to other pros)

Now that you're done with football....it's time to get serious about BB. You're lucky b/c you're only 17 and it's the perfect time to start building a body.
Good job by starting to eat clean but you have a lot of work ahead of you. You're delts need more separation and size. The arms need 2-3 more inches and more separation. The lats are not at all developed. The only thing that's doing well are your traps and ant delts which means you probably bench too much.
Don't make the mistake everyone else does by focusing on your bench and arms. Get in the gym and work out rite--lift heavy with good form. Working out rite means doing ALL exercises that build a balanced body. Don't turn into one of those guys that has big smooth arms and a bulky (not ripped) chest and toothpicks for legs.

thanks for some good advice man. im 20, but i dont think thats to old. id say you are right about the delts and traps from bench...because football we were always benching. The only benefit from football was that my legs are not toothpicks. thanks
