Wutup Guys,
I posted a few weeks in this forum section under the post "Back Double Bi - 19yr, 5'11, 192lbs, 1 year of hard lifting "
About 3 weeks later, the same height, and about 5lbs lighter.......... Here are some pics. The new ones im in green (if u couldnt tell LOL) Not the best pics of my legs cuz i did the stair stepper HARD for a hour each of the last 2 days (im sore lol)
I'm 187/188lbs and have been doin double days of 30min cardio in the mornin and liftin in the afternoon + cut my carb intake down by 70-120 grams/day.
What do you all think?????????
