Wutup Guys,

I posted a few weeks in this forum section under the post "Back Double Bi - 19yr, 5'11, 192lbs, 1 year of hard lifting "

About 3 weeks later, the same height, and about 5lbs lighter.......... Here are some pics. The new ones im in green (if u couldnt tell LOL) Not the best pics of my legs cuz i did the stair stepper HARD for a hour each of the last 2 days (im sore lol)

I'm 187/188lbs and have been doin double days of 30min cardio in the mornin and liftin in the afternoon + cut my carb intake down by 70-120 grams/day.

What do you all think?????????

Looking real good man. Keep that tan too, helps with the looking ripped. cut till those abs are really popping out, and maybe some seperation in the legs if you want to cut down that far. Will look even better then.

ya that pic aint the best of my legs, and the angle makes my calves look tiny compared to my quads. I have some good separation in my quads but still cutting so we'll see what happens
