If anything I would say chest needs to bulk up a little. And what do you mean oddly shaped?

Yeah not sure what you mean by oddly shaped body. You could shave your chest/arms and work on your wings (lats) during the next off-season. Good job though!

That's my biggest flaws right now. The lats and the chest. I have a very broad set of shoulders so my upper chest has a hard time filling out. From the side it looks like my shoulders cave in like I have NO upper chest although I work it out like an animal. Long limbs, hard to fill out.....thx for the remarks though. I'll keep training. I think my biggest thing is the chest and lat workouts....I can't get the thick lats nor the thick upper chest. I never really get a good "pump" after lat pull downs like I'm not doing them correctly.

I see what you mean man. I'm the same way, same amount of hair too. My chest and lats have been my problem areas for the longest.

I would do pull ups (weighted if possible) and see if that helps build your lats. Wide grip targets your lats while narrow grip hits more of your middle back.

I would say pull ups are better than pull downs, depends on which part of back u wanna hit it, but if you can easily control your shoulder blade from pullups, you won't have any problem getting pump from pulldowns.

problems with alot of ppl is they tend to work on there arms too much. arms r the easiest muscles to build...leave them alone n prioritise ur back n chest n bulk them up

do chins for ur back, like freak says try n do chins weighted. try poppin ur chest out with an inlined bench it'll bring out ur upper chest, as u have decent shoulders u need to build the top of ur pecs. for overall size do flat bench, the ultimate mass builder for chest.

u dont have an oddly shaped body bro, u got good size but need 2 work on definition if anything

I have trouble doing pull ups, I can only get about 5-8 reps most of the time I stick to pull downs. Not strong enough...yet

Well what makes it so hard for you is that you weigh 240lbs. The less you weigh and leaner you are the easier they are to do.

so I either have to cut down or get stronger. I'll take the later because I'm not ready to try a cutting phase yet.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you have too much bodyfat. You're trying to achieve a body thats somewhat similar to a BB in contest shape. I would focus on shredding as much bodyfat as you can and then focus on building up your weakpoints like chest and back. If you don't, then you will always be what you refer to as "oddly shaped". I guarantee you'll be surprised how easy it'll be to fill in your problem areas when you do so--LOSE THE FAT

Good luck!

This is 4 weeks later on a low carb high protein diet. I have shredded down to around 197lbs. I'm cycling high and low days of carbs and sticking with light cardio. I'm 6'2" and just orderd some S-Drol to stack with THE BURN from Fizogen which I am on now. I also take a whey protein 21g protein, 2g carbs.

Please any comments would be appreciated. I feel like I look too damned thin now.......it's like I can't find a medium. I train heavy and hard as a motha f***** in the gym and eat right every day and don't cheat. I couldn't get my back due to the fact I'm at work.
Thanks for any comments!

Its like night and day, you're chest is tighter, you're tummy is smaller, and your arms have more definition. I can even see a striation in you shoulder. Lookin good for 197, you carry it well, I'm the same height but 245lbs and I feel too damn thin.

Bump
What does 'bump' mean?

Vast improvement, though. It is almost like night and day.

BTW - who has time at work to head for the head & snap off a few pics? And who takes a camera? And were you just sittin at your desk (or in your cube or whatever) and thought "I'm glad I brought my camera. I'm gunna run and take some progress pics?"

Just curious.

Bump just bumps the thread up to the top so someone sees it and makes another comment which is what I was looking for.

Actually business is kinda slow right now(head draftsman at an oil company) so I have a camera in my desk to take shots of our panels we send out and I shot some in the bathroom while I was on break. No biggie.....Thx for the input though.
