My diet is :
Breakfast:
4 Egg Whites , yoghurt , 1 glass of milk , 1 Scoop of Promax Extreme 200ml Water or milk ( me = water)
Mid morning Snack :
1 Can of White tuna ( with mayo and corn), Yoghurt
Lunch:
Chickent breast or any other grilled protien contained meats. 2 glasses of Milk.
After Noons snack : 1 glass of milk , Turkey or Vegtables green + Bread
Dinner :
Any steak, Milk, Pasta ( no sauce)
After Dinner Snack :
Protien Shake( Promax Extreme) + yoghurt ( reason is because i need to intake the Promax Extreme protien cos im gonna work out after my " After Dinner Snack").
Workout ( 30-40 mins )

Could i ask what you mean by "Whey Product" ? What brands are they and what they are usefull for?
At the moment I have used Cyclone for nearly 3 months, everyday 2 times a day, Which has really benefited me and i reccomend any other new comers to go and purchase this product as it does what it says on it's package. " See results in 14 days " And i've seen it.!!
The place where i buy these protien stuff from, they told me not to take Cyclone more than 2-3 months as it's addictive, therefore once you have done 2-3 months, you have to move in to another protien called Promax Extreme. Thats about it really so any comments or question, please dont hesistate to ask.
