Back Double Bi - 19yr, 5'11, 192lbs, 1 year of hard lifting

Hey Guys,

This is a pic of me from the other day. I am currently 19, 5 foot 11 inches, and weigh 192 lbs.

When I started lifting last year I was the same height but weighed about 180 lbs and had ALOT more bodyfat, i was a pretty soft kid lol.

This is prob my best pose, if not my side tri. Can u see where my injury was???????????

all looks good, i say the left delt for the injury, maybe the shadow is just throwing me a curve ball. send some more pics to us, thats one solid year of lifting...well done!

dang i didnt know people were still posting up on here. My injury was actually on my right shoulder, u can see where there is almost a flat spot above my right rear delt. On the left side u see the two little balls but on the right, there is barely one. Tearing ur rotator cuff MESSES your shoulder up. I'll post some more pics this coming week. I've definately put on some pounds since then :)
