Looking good guys. At 191 I look like shit.


The only thing that I would say is to try to add a little more mass to the upper chest. But other than that, looking solid.


And you grandpa, your older than me and put me to shame lol.

I am not that tall I am about 6 foot.The most I ever put up on the bench was around 330 I think.I now just do lots of sets and reps when I do my bench.I do 2 sets of 12 with 225 and then on my last 2 sets I use 275 for what ever I can get up,then I have been going on the smith machine for explosive benching and I only use 135.I throw it up as far as I can and catch it then I come down to my chest slowly and explode again.its awesome for a burn! I used to dead lift with 315 and as far as squats go I need to get back into them I have bad knees so it kinda sucks but my qwades are in ok shape.last time I messured them they were about 23 inches or so..my job keeps my legs in shape,I know its not the same but when you push heavy Ice all day you will feel it in your legs..

If you can't do squats, walking lunges with db's will kick your ass. I started doing them about 5 weeks ago, and my legs look a lot better for it.

5 sets of 24 with 25lb plate in each hand to start.

I ain't a grampa yet. at least my sons haven't told me if I am!

this is how my work outs are:
standing ez bar curls
1.115/12
2.115/12
3.115/10-8
4.115/what ever I can get

one arm concentrated hammers

1.60/12
2.70/12
3.70/12
4.70/what ever I can get

standing cable flex curls( I have no idea what there called lol)

1.80/12
2.90/12
3.100/8-10
4.100/what ever I can get.

preacher one handed concentration curls

1. 50/10
2. 50/10
3. 50/10
I think the key to building big arms is many reps with heavy weights as long as you dont cheat, but its ok for you to cheat if your on your last few reps..
