Looking good guys. At 191 I look like ****.


The only thing that I would say is to try to add a little more mass to the upper chest. But other than that, looking solid.


And you grandpa, your older than me and put me to shame lol.

I am not that tall I am about 6 foot.The most I ever put up on the bench was around 330 I think.I now just do lots of sets and reps when I do my bench.I do 2 sets of 12 with 225 and then on my last 2 sets I use 275 for what ever I can get up,then I have been going on the smith machine for explosive benching and I only use 135.I throw it up as far as I can and catch it then I come down to my chest slowly and explode again.its awesome for a burn! I used to dead lift with 315 and as far as squats go I need to get back into them I have bad knees so it kinda sucks but my qwades are in ok shape.last time I messured them they were about 23 inches or so..my job keeps my legs in shape,I know its not the same but when you push heavy Ice all day you will feel it in your legs..

If you can't do squats, walking lunges with db's will kick your ass. I started doing them about 5 weeks ago, and my legs look a lot better for it.

5 sets of 24 with 25lb plate in each hand to start.

I ain't a grampa yet. at least my sons haven't told me if I am!

one arm concentrated hammers

standing cable flex curls( I have no idea what there called lol)

I think the key to building big arms is many reps with heavy weights as long as you dont cheat, but its ok for you to cheat if your on your last few reps..

Thanks everyone for your words of encouragement it really helps me train that much harder!

I have found a new and improved way of really hitting my biceps and my stabilizers. Its called positve and nagitve curls and I am proff that this is the only way to go.I do it every bicep work out now!
I dont know if any of you have tried this technique but I really strongly think that you should throw this into your work outs.
I am going to try and explain this workout as best as I can..I usaly use a weight I can do at least 15 to 25 reps when I am doing these curls.To do this workout you only need one DB.The frist step is to do a normal curl with a full range motion(this is your positve rep).After this step you transfer the weight to the other hand and then you do a nagitve for 10 seconds.Do this for at least 15 to 25 reps.I have been using the 50lb dbs and it is ripping the hell out my biceps and I am loving it! I think that I have even gotten a little bigger in my arms from doing this..
