Well youre obviously pretty strong too.Anyway calves were a problem for me too.forget going heavy for a while.I do just enuff weght that i can do 4 sets of 25 with 10 or less seconds between the sets.If they arent burning like fire then add a little more weight.Just enuff to feel that major burn.Are they sore the next day.Be honest lol.Its hard to make them sore but if you get them sore they will grow . same with the abs slack off some weight and do enuff reps to where u get that sick feling in your stomach.They wont necessarily burn.
As far as chest when youre doing flyes.Lots of people try touching the dumbells together at the top of the motion.Instead at top range try to squeezze your elbows together.They wont actually touch but youll know you are doing it cause your pecs shoot up another couple inches.Try al thisat your next workout.Please let me know what you think.Good or bad.But i think youll feel it.

I am now at 187 and I weighed my self at the end of the day and I am thinking I weigh about 185 or so. Man this is crazy I am burning so much fat but yet I feel like I am the same. I am starting to see some abs defining but its no where near what I want. I am feeling much bigger and stronger then I have ever felt. The Other day I was doing the hammer machine and I through on 3 plates on each side and got about 6 reps. Its kind of weird though cause I don’t feel my chest getting bigger but its getter stronger that’s for damn sure. I think that my biggest accomplishment was when I did 100lb hammer curls for 8 reps with my right arm but sadly my left arm got 4..So I am seeing a major change in my work outs but not really in my body so much. I am wondering will it just all of the sudden just happen or will I not see results for a few months.
