some new pics.The light is not the greatest but the pics turned out ok..I think that in these pics my chest looks smaller then what it is the measurement for my chest now is 46 inches.Also in these pics I noticed that my legs look really small,although my legs are not my best aset they are not to small the messurement for my qwades are 23 1/2 inches ,y calfs on the other hand are like 16 or so,but you cant really see them in these pics..
Bis are your strongest and chest is the weakest point if you were competing.You can tell you arent doing the squats or alot of leg work.Awesome bis and solid throughout.Keep up the good work you can tell you are dedicated

Yeah I know I need to work on my legs,but like I said they really arnt that bad when I flex them my qwades are a pretty good size there just not cut..I am kinda wondering what you ment about my chest being my weakest point..I hit my chest hard core in that gym I do at least 200 push ups every night too.I am weighting at about 190 right now and 46 inches for a chest I would think would be good..I honestly think its the light making it look smaller. here is another pic of my chest..its a web cam pic and a lot darker then what I am but that was after a insane work out and the pump was crazy..btw thats for you advise though..:)
I would say hit the legs. You have a great upper body you just need to bring your legs up a little to match. I don't know how your legs grow but I am starting to hit mine 2x/wk like Layne did to get his to grow because mine suck although legs are my favorite day.

thanks for your comments..I really know I need to work on legs and they really arnt that weak but I hate it with a passion because I have bad knees and squats really suck! I took some pics of my legs as best as I could so I will be happy to take some advise and some training help..
one more chest lol..I thought it was one of my best asets..
