a compliment from ones peers is a very positive encouagement to keep pumping..yeah my buddy has some realy crazy stretchmarks..everywhere...plan to cut from just above 180 lbs to below 170 lbs..my my bud as lost 15 lbs since 01/01/07 and wants to lose 20 more to get down to lt hvy wht for competition..

squats,dead lifts,pullups,overhead press,dips,bench press...all heavy weights...like the guy says " If you want big muscles you gotta lift big weights." also "If you work out like a girl ur gonna look lie a girl."
