Your lighting could be better but you have good chest and back development. You need to work on your biceps and the peak.

You look like you have very good genetics. (except bicep) sorry, Work them but don't perseverate sp over them. Rich Gaspari didn't pretty well with about the same.
Everything else I think you have excellent potential, forgot all of morphs lol, but you have Mentzer type.
Work you legs for sure.
Very lean and good amount of muscle. Looks like you also are a strong guy, maybe check out power lifting.

yeah i really honestly have no biceps. ive done everything to try to get them to grow. I can easily with strict form curl 100lbs barbells for 8 reps, and I do about 4 exercises, 16 sets, about 40 reps for my biceps routine, but still really no progress. any tips? and for my legs, i really neglected them when i first started working out, but for the past couple months ive been trying to bring them up, so when they're caught up, i'll post the progress. but do you guys have any tips for sculpting my bi's?

What do you work your biceps out with? Which excercises do you do for your biceps as well?

You look really good otherwise. Insane vein man.

Just my opinion, genetics mean the most when it comes to shape of a muscle. You can't change your muscle attachments and lengths.

I would drop most of the curls your doing. Try concentration curls, things that isolate the bicep. Work you back hard and the biceps usually follow with less work.

It could be your form. Not neccessarily saying you are doing this, but I see so many people in the gym on their biceps day curling with terrible form. When I started focusing on my form very strictly and making sure when i got to the top of my curl and squeezing for that extra peak contraction is when I started to see some nice gains. If you aren't doing that, try it.

Also throw in some concentration curls (here is Arnold doing a couple of them in the beginning of this video.. YouTube - Arnold Pumping His Biceps ) they help with peakness quite a bit.

i had problems with my Bis too..i was trying so many exercises and moving weight but nothing really seemed to make them grow..then i found out about this program called german volume training that kicks your ass and in 2 months my bis grew more than they did in the past 2 years

i do incline dumbell curls: 10 sets of 10 reps

use lighter weight cuz in total your doing 100 reps but the pump you get is rediculous..by the 4th set my arms feel like they are 10 times bigger and veins come out that you've never seen before..its awesome

the incline curls are good becuase its hard to cheat

the Bis are supersetted with triceps and you go back and forth with short rest periods.

also to really make them burn and enhance the peak when you get to the top of the curl twist your hand outward (left hand clockwise, right hand counter clockwise) and squeeze it for 1 or 2 seconds..it hurts but its the best feeling ever
