yeah i really honestly have no biceps. ive done everything to try to get them to grow. I can easily with strict form curl 100lbs barbells for 8 reps, and I do about 4 exercises, 16 sets, about 40 reps for my biceps routine, but still really no progress. any tips? and for my legs, i really neglected them when i first started working out, but for the past couple months ive been trying to bring them up, so when they're caught up, i'll post the progress. but do you guys have any tips for sculpting my bi's? |
