mike2009rhs NPC Lightweight Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 4 Rep Power: 0	umm this is an update from 2 and a half months ago. nothing but spending all my free time in the weight room and sometimes cutting class. it is worth it. please criticze to your hearts content. i stacked noexplode and cellmass and threw in some endofill for about a month. i went on a strict protein diet and i still havent gotten off it. i weigh about 160 now. up from 130.
