Your back is really of to a great start bro. Don't worry about size to much I only weight 135lbs at your age and jumped up to 185lbs at 18. It will come just be patient and eat eat eat. As for the lump on your chest, it may be a cyst. You could have obtained it from a sharp blow. A buddy of mine had one just like it in high school from football. He had to have it drained. Keep pumping that rusty ass weight and the rest will just fall into place.
