I'm 5'91/2'' I'm a tad leanner right now. I have payed some dues but not close to where I want to be. I have been focusing on biceps and chest. My goal is 240 then diet down and see what I look like

I placed 2nd in that show. The guy that won weighed in as a light heavy (I was a middle then) the night before but he nearly died from dehydration that night and they let him weigh in the next morning and made my class by .5 lbs but I was happy with that placing.
