Really ****ed up in there , But Summer is always a good time to bodybuild ey ?

Im a quick gainer .. its jst my body type , so by the timw its half way through summer , i might show some improvements ... I HOPE !

its a lil hard to keep on a strict diet when u have geeky " fatty " fast food ravishing monsters ( or so called friends )

im trying my best not to go too far with this ..
any recommendations on what to eat ?
all websites are the same , that wont work for me .. cz i like to change my diet from time to time ..
i really would appreciate u or any 1's help on this

Egg whites are going to be a staple for you, one of the best forms of protein. Lean meats, turkey, tuna, sword fish, fish. Wheat bread, yams, oatmeal. (if anyone has anything else to add please do).

You want to avoid starchy foods like white potatoes, sugary stuff, white bread. The only time you need carbs like that should be after you workout. Diet will help you make tremendous gains if its done right. And by tremendous I mean there is a large difference between someones training with a crappy diet and not.
