I was looking through these pics and figured I might as well get critiqued myself. This is me at 178 Lbs , 8% BF 6'1, I have since bulked and put on 30 pounds, Now I am approx 210 at 12-14 BF, its been good bulk not that much fat.

Yes, it was, along with my lats and delts. I went on bulk for the last 18 weeks to correct those issues.

This is actually quite good.

Try not to squeeze your back togheter when doing back double biceps. You gotta bring those lats out if you know what I mean. Otherwise you wont look as wide as you should.

You have great arms, especially triceps and a nice sixpack as well. Your chest needs more mass and so does your shoulders. They need to be more round rather than just hanging down. I would also concentrate on your lower back.

Other than that you got a nice bodyfat precentage and you look ready for the beach.

Great posing advice, I do tend to squeeze but did not know how to change that. These pictures are from Oct 8, 2006, on my bulk i focused on flat bench and deadlift., hopefully my 300 lbs Deadlift will have changed that.but I will be ready for the beach again by June, lol.

when you hit your back double Bi, instead of squeezing your back together try to imagine that you are pushing outwards with your lats...its kinda hard to explain.

Here is me at ~212


I think I am sitting on aprox 13-14 % BF. Diet starts in 3 weeks. I'm approximating a LBM gain of 15-18 Lbs. But I'll see when I get back down to the middle single digits.

I am happy with a 1:1 muscle:fat ratio, but I feel it was more like 1.3:1.
