hi there im currently bulking and i have gained 10 kgs in 5 weeks, my goal is to get to about 104kg then cut down to 85kg, im currently 88kgs.

10kg in 5 weeks, i assume ur on a cycle 19 is waaaaay to young. If thats not the case then u are very naive u have put on 10kg and almost exclusively water

im completely natrual never been on a cycle before. i did not say that it was all muslce i know half of it is water and fat but i dont care, all my life i have been a skkinny kid and now im finnally gaining weight. im a extreme hard gainer.

just be patient a gain of 5-10lb of muscle in a year is GREAT, dont expect miracles overnight, and obviously ur 10kg gain is extremely unhealthy

whats up boyz? been a long ass time since ive posted here. just would like to say hi and update u on what happened to me. well i kept bulking for about 6 months after those pics above reaching a bodyweight of 207lbs. which means i gained close to 30lbs. now we know not all of it is muscle, but we hope some of it is. my weak point were my upper chest, triceps and shoulder. lets see if i have improved on them. im currently dieting down to see if i have improved, im 7 weeks into my diet and im getting leaner every week. i think i need about another 9 weeks to be were i want to. now for the pics:

lookin good man....keep up the hard work. bulking is definitely hard as hell to do despite what others may think. one little thing....you may want to shave a bit bud. i don't think i've ever seen anyone with hairy shoulders before

i basically lost 15lbs in 7 weeks, which i think is ideal. i will try and keep u guyz updated as much as possible. i think another 9 weeks of dieting will do the job.

the only thing i can say maybe to is lower back and legs. your traps are freakin' huge though btw
