my three main weak points are chest, shoulders and tris. i have been training really hard to bring them up. my tris have improved alot but my shoulders and chest are not moving. my shoulders are pissing me off. i never get sore the next day from shoulders, no matter ho hard i train them. i think i need a supper shoulder routine to force them to grow.

i really appretiate the honest comments on my physique.

i have the same problem with chest and delts.. im the complete opposite after my delt workouts though. when im done i can barely lift my arms. my routine is never the same but heres the last one i did:

smith bb shoulder press - 1 warm up 3 working
arnold db press - 1 light 2 working
upright rows - 3 working
rear delt db super set with rear delt machine - 3 sets
side delt laterals - 3 sets
front bb raises supet set with cable front raises - 3 sets

then sometimes i cap it off with db or bb shrugs

for pretty much everything i try to go as heavy as i can and be able to do 10-15 reps and i rest for a max of 1-2 minutes. by the time im done i can usually barely raise my arms but ive been really trying to hit the whole delt with an emphasis on the outer to open up my frame. i try to go heavy with side laterals.

with that routine i blast my shoulders enough not to do them 2-3 times a week.. if i dont feel pumped enough ill do them again but focusing on certain parts a few days later

hope that helps

you need to lose 11 lbs of bodyfat in order to reach 8% assuming that you don't lose any muscle along the way, and that your previous measurement of 178 lbs at 13% was correct.

hope this helps.

I gave you some reps for that man. Your dedication through the whole bulk and cut were amazing. Keep at it and you are definitely going to be snapping necks next summer without even taking your shirt off...

thats what i like to see man

at first i thought you were losing too much mass when cutting

but the last couple of updated pics are lookin real good

you look nice and lean with the addition of some good size
definately something worth being proud over

im about to start cutting soon too i hope things work the same way with me lol

but anyways, i think your back/traps are you strongest point

you really brought out your abs which is definately a good thing for summer time

as for making improvements, like everyone else said for your next bulk id say really focus on chest and shoulders (your traps are overpowering your shoulders) and i think you can bring your abs out too just try and switch up your routines

i definately think this has been a successful bulk and cut compared to when you first started out

you look lean n' mean in your last pics keep it up bro!
