ok. thanks for that. i think my lower back shows more detail when i get more leaner. because i was wondering about that as well. i want to have that nice v lower back. i was looking at some bodybuilders backs in the off season and as thay get leaner there lower back starts showing detail. i will train it very hard and as i get leaner we will see if it pops out. thanks for the comments bro.

Sorry but 10kgs on 5weeks is to much, by bulking that fast your pretty much gaining alot of clean fat ! wich in the end you will have trouble cutting off

increase your kcal intake by 500 that how you should gain 1kg on 1week wich is the easyest and safest way to bulk up

ive seen so many people just bulking up eating alot of fat and kcal wich does give you to much fat

yeah it was a big mistake doing what i done in that bulk. i will be clean bulking in the start of 2008. thanks for the advise

yeah man np, but i really dont understand this forum... people should know their stuff !

the bulk u had going was a very wrong one, and no body said much...

next time u bulk just inscrease your intake of kcal with 500 with is enough ! this can be done by drinking abit more milk and keeping the diet at normal or just increase the intake of Protein

due to that protein contains 6-7kcals when remaked in the body, if your body has to much protein it will simply make it into "energy / kcal" and that how increase your weight over a longer period of time



9 kalorier in 1g fat
4 kalorier in 1g kulhydrat and protein
i cannot remember the english word for kulhydrats

my 9th week update. probebly going to need more then 4 weeks maybe 6 weeks. im finding my diet harder and harder. people look at me weridly now because i eat healthy and mock me. i will show them at summer time when i rip my shirt off and reveal a shreded body that turns heads so far around it breaks necks.lol. anyway here we go:

hi guyz my week 10 update. me and a friend in the gym have got a challenge on the 16th of december. we are going to have a pose down in the gym and my other training partner is going to take pics. i told him that who ever has the most ripped and overall nicest physique will win. he is about 5'7 and weighs 180lbs. im 5'8 and weigh 187lbs. by the time its time to go at it i should be weighing 178-180lbs ripped. he is not that ripped i will guess 15% bf. its going to be great. im really looking forward to putting him on show.lol i have to admite he is bigger then me. but im going to be more ripped which is going to make me look bigger. this is good motivation to stay motivated and focused. i will be posting the pics on bodybuilding.com as a poll for u guyz to vote. i will be printing the thread out and showing it to the whole gym. i hope i win. even if i lose at least im still ripped for summer which is the purpose im cutting in the first place. anyway that was a good finger workout lol. heres the pics and video of week 10:
