Ok guys I'm new to bodybuilding. I just started to lift about 2 months ago. I have lifted on and off before but now I'm serious! I weight 175lbs and work out mon, tues, weds, those are my heay days and then thurs, fri, sat I do the same workout out only lift very light and high reps. Please be honest about my pics. I dont know how to do poses very well.

Just last night I did back and legs and I deadlifted 400 for 3 on my forth set. I also squated 300 for 3 on my forth set. That deadlift is a month old and it is only 315 but it shows my lats.

you got a decent split between your pecs and can see slight striations in you delts.you need to pack on some size and widen your upper back

cool..got some strength and some good size in the pecs but like kenney said u need more width in the back

Your in the clear. The OP was only talking about bodybuilding, there was no reason for anyone to bring up his tats and cause a stink here, as long as he is respecting others there is no problem.

Heheh, you're fine dude don't worry. But I always miss the fun. LOL. Glad to see that FnF cleaned up the thread a bit though. We certainly don't want any racist comments made on the board. Threatening a report was certainly the right thing to do so thanks!

Like Kenny said Barbell Rows and wide grip pulldowns will really widen and thicken your back. Looking good though.
