Hey guys, here's a pic of me deadlifting 385 for a double in December. I had actually pulled 405 in October, and have since hit 425 (yay!!), but at the time of this pic I hadn't done any lower body work for 2 weeks so 385 was as heavy as I could go. If anyone sees any problems with my stance/form I'd welcome the input as well.



EDIT: I see the lighting is too bad to get any real picture of my stance. Ah well, when I hit 450 I'll make sure I take a better pic

How much does each plate weigh? because even if they were 20 lbs each thats not even 300lbs.

They are 25 each, and there are more of them after the big grey one. Don't worry, I'm not bullshitting you.

I always do a 'right hand over, left hand under' grip, that's always felt the most comfortable for me. And believe it or not I made that dreamcatcher myself back in 8th grade, lol.
