In the footsteps of Mygeeto i'll be posting my pictures and stuff here when I get them, it's gonna be empty for a while because I just got my membership to a gym today after 8 months (Wooo).

Heres the first pic I have. Let me draw out a time scale for you. 14 weeks in the gym followed by around 4 months of eating whatever I want a partying. Do the math. It's not the best picture but critique like your lives depended on it.

Yeah I know man. I want to add more size on my biceps and pecs though before I go into cutting, I think they are really lagging. I also want to get my lats a little wider.

After 6 of hitting it hard at the gym my body weight has dropped 3 pounds. I've been eating right maybe a little more than I should. So i'm going to attribute it to me getting back into training again that my weight is dropping. I haven't done cardio either because I don't have the time to do it.

Lmao. Revenge or just a prank? And i'm working on my definition. My training really sucked before that picture, I was on machines a lot, hardly worked out my biceps (because when I was younger I had hurt them when doing something wrong and always had that underlying fear again I guess). Sticking to what I was doing really made me grow some places but lack in some key areas IE chest and lats. But i'm working on that much more now.

I know. Thats what i'm working on currently. My biceps are only a little over 15 inches around, really too small for my frame and i'm hoping to at least bring them up an inch this year.

I have to find out my current body fat, I want to work on some problem areas before I cut too. IE chest, biceps, forearms.
