i work out at home and only have an olympic bar and bench. For back the only exercises I do are deads and bent over barbell rows. These are pics from about 3months ago to now.

Well for only having that at your dissposal there are noticeable differences, delts and lat wise I think. Why can't you get to a gym?

im only 15 and dont have a car and my parents wont take me to the gym cause they dont have the time

there are lots of exercises you can do with an olympic bar:
Barbell curls, Wrist Curls, Skull Crushers, Seated overhead extensions, Military Press, ect. If you pick up a set of adjustable dumbells you should be able to make some pretty good gains until you can get your ass to a gym. Back looks good but arms need some more meat.

yo dude that is great growth..u are developing just fine..have u found something to do pullups on? that would realy make a big differece..

i'd say most of ur growth has occured in ur arms and shoulders..not much difference in the lats or traps
