there are lots of exercises you can do with an olympic bar:
Barbell curls, Wrist Curls, Skull Crushers, Seated overhead extensions, Military Press, ect. If you pick up a set of adjustable dumbells you should be able to make some pretty good gains until you can get your ass to a gym. Back looks good but arms need some more meat.
