Well I finally got a digital camera so that I am able to take some decent shots. Actually I am not real happy with where I am at now, I am aiming for my first show in mid May but would like to put on 10-12 lbs before cutting. Right now I am around 196 and maybe 15% bf. Let me know what you all really think.

10-12 pounds would do you pretty good, looking pretty solid over all. How about a trap flex?

your side chest shot doesent really show much of your chest, tho ur triceps and shoulders are pretty wicked. nice lower back too btw
