Good development. You should work out your traps more though or maybe differently. How are you currently working on them?

Ive been doing barbell shrugs and dumbell shrugs I think I may have to incorporate a couple of extra techniques though as from these pics it looks like ive made no improvement whatsoever on traps.

Not much change, but there looks like there is a little bit of it. Do you train your traps any different from any other group? Set and rep wise?

Thanks all I appreciate the comments.

Does anybody know of some good exercises to hit the traps hard besides shrugs?

Maybe you should try to slow down your reps, hold the movement for a second once you get to the peak of the excercise. Do you feel a pump in them after you finish working them out?

Nope its hard to feel a pump in them, usually burn out all other muscles before feeling it in the traps.
I think your guys suggestions are the ticket though. I need to try the shrugs from behind, never done that. Also need to concentrate by doing slower and holding it. I am going to start doing that today. Thanks again I think I may be on my way to bigger traps.
BTW I did just start doing upright rows last week so maybe between that and not doing it from behind, I failed to complete this muscle group.

You probably need to seperate your traps into a different day then. If your not feeling a pump in them you may be doing the excercise wrong. Go look in the mirror, and shrug your shoulders up with your arms at your sides and try to flex your traps in that upwards motion into you can definatly feel them flexed. When I started to lift weights I had a hard time hitting my lats because I was doing my excercises a little off. I spent a night trying to figure out how to flex my lats in the motion of the excercise then It helped me to hit them more effectivly in the gym.
