rows brother, rows. shoulders and arms look fine, your back could use more width..not sure about thickness tho its a bit hard to tell

I wish I could do deadlifts but my gym sucks. They only have smith machines and I cant prop up high enough to get a full extension.

THis Photo was taken a couple of months ago and i think thera are som progress since.. Ive gaind 19lbs And its not only fat..
