well natural is like 95 % that was before i start training whit my coach. i have 2 diets for now that involvd AS.

Looking good. I'd bring up my lower pecs a bit for that front lat spread pose. Add some more overall thickness to your chest.

Also your delts seem to need the most work, as well as your traps from the front.

Back, arms, and quads are excellent. Good luck to you.
