Thanks again for the positive comments. Speaking of my measurements, I've only measured my arms for now. Since I have a relatively small frame they're only 15". I'll get some more pics later on after I cut down a little bit, as my show is coming up in 4 months... For 3 years I used to train 3 days a week, monday--chest and arms, wednesday---legs, friday--back, traps and shoulders. Since this past september I've changed my routine to 5 days a week. monday--shoulders and traps, tuesday--back, wednesday--chest and calves, thursday--legs, friday--arms. I do a few warm up sets, 4 sets with my usual weight, then sometimes a few drop sets. |
