Hey guys, here are some of my pics from this summer. I'm about 5'9", 180 lbs... Been training for just a bit over 3 years. Thinking of doing my first level one show in the open category (I've done junior before) even though I'm still 19. The show is gonna be in may. Planning to put on another 15-20 lbs. Think I'll be ready for it by then?

Andrew,
You have nice definition and vascularity; however I'd like to see a pic of legs.
My advice is to put more emphasis on bi's and tri's since you have nice developed shoulders (Three heads) and great forearms, hence your bi's and tri's look a little bit smaller even from the back pic.
Good luck

Yeah I know, my arms are the lacking body party. I'm changing my training a little bit, going to have a separate day for arms, as before I did them with another body part. Speaking of legs, I'll post some new pics next time. They're not bad though in my opinion.

Well I'm gonna cut out the sodium completely, drink about 5-10 litres of water daily, also few days out I'm gonna start taking some lasix, I've never used it before so I won't go too much on the dosage for first time. Friday around 6 pm I'm going to cut out the water completely.

Tip:
Maybe you already know this, the water with the most low sodium content (If any) is distilled water.

your body will shut down if you deplete your electrolytes totally..you could get a stroke that will paralyze you and or worse..low sodium is o.k...

Well I'm only thinking of cutting out sodium completely during the last week before the show. I"m gonna supplement myself with potassium to minimize cramping, as well as I'm gonna get hooked up with some anti cramping meds by a friend of mine.

Thanks again for the positive comments. Speaking of my measurements, I've only measured my arms for now. Since I have a relatively small frame they're only 15". I'll get some more pics later on after I cut down a little bit, as my show is coming up in 4 months... For 3 years I used to train 3 days a week, monday--chest and arms, wednesday---legs, friday--back, traps and shoulders. Since this past september I've changed my routine to 5 days a week. monday--shoulders and traps, tuesday--back, wednesday--chest and calves, thursday--legs, friday--arms. I do a few warm up sets, 4 sets with my usual weight, then sometimes a few drop sets.
