hi everyone. well my name is michael im 15 and i am currently on varsity wrestling and i have been lifting for a year and a couple of months now. im interested in weights and body building beccause its just something ive always wanted to do so i just picked it up one day and i havent stopped since. i only have one good picture right now, but i will get some more soon. just please let me know what looks good or what i need to improve on. i know i need to work on my chest and my back and traps. so thanks for the info and please dont be an ass in your responses. thanks.

my biceps now are a little bigger than taht picture and u can now see the whole 6 abs instead or 4 really defined ones and 2 not so defined.


i have one of those weird chests that are like caved in in the midle a little bit.

U definately have an extremely low fat count. Um, as for muscle, i dont know.. since i dont work out with 15 yr olds. All I can say is, eat everything you see, train hard, and ull own everyone in wrestling by growing nich thick strong muscles. Dont get too dissapointed if u dont grow very fast, ur very young; so u should see some improvement for sure. But true thick muscle growth can happen in a couple years for u. P.S. Stay off drugs. (roids)

thank you. annd ohh yess i will stay far away from roids. im not that desperate to get big fast. i just want to gain mass here and there because i have to stay within the 125 weight class. and yeah i eat like 5 or 6 times a day and i drink protein shakes after i workout. the only supplement i take is noexplode. and that is about it. and i dont do drugs or drink orany of that kinda stuff so im really healthy. i have no iddea what my body fat is but i shouldnt worry about that i guess at this age.

Your on the skinny side for sure, no offence. All I can say to you is eat, eat and eat some more. If that doesn't work than well, you mine as well give up in life....















Ahh I'm kidding man. Since I've always had a decent build and I got great genetics, gaining and losing weight has never been a problem. Since your thin, than it may be a bit of a challenge but hey it'll come with time and a very large grocery bill. Learn how to train properly and eat......alot.

your starting out at a good age to lift...just be careful not to over do it....use the basic compound movements (bench, squat, etc.) for size and strength....good base to start with, looks as though you have good genetics...i would defintely try to gain some weight....you best bet it to read as much as possible on this site for tips on training and diet...good luck

A good body part to bring up, especially if your a wrestler, is your back. The way your body looks in the picture it appears to have no taper at all its like your chest is exactly as wide as your waist, those are the areas I would tackle first. And so what if you gain weight and get bumped into the next weight class, as you get bigger you'll get stronger and dominate that weight class. Keep up the good work bro.

Hey man your only 15! I respect you a great deal for having the discipline to be consistent in your training at such a young age! I especially respect the fact that you wrestle. I know how important it is for you to monitor your weight. So don't listen to other people when they tell you to gain weight or lose weight! Only you know what weight class you are comfortable competing at. I trained a highschool/collegiate wrestler who in fact competed in your weight class. He was very dominate at that weight so we basically focused on strength/power. Athletes require sport specific training, this is very different from bodybuilding. So if that is the weight your coach wants you to wrestle at, then don't make hard on yourself by gaining a lot of weight, and then starving yourself to get back to your competing weight. Man hang in there you are very young still, and you have all the potential in the world. Your body has several more years to fill out on its on naturally.
