hi everyone. well my name is michael im 15 and i am currently on varsity wrestling and i have been lifting for a year and a couple of months now. im interested in weights and body building beccause its just something ive always wanted to do so i just picked it up one day and i havent stopped since. i only have one good picture right now, but i will get some more soon. just please let me know what looks good or what i need to improve on. i know i need to work on my chest and my back and traps. so thanks for the info and please dont be an ass in your responses. thanks.
my biceps now are a little bigger than taht picture and u can now see the whole 6 abs instead or 4 really defined ones and 2 not so defined.
i have one of those weird chests that are like caved in in the midle a little bit.
