I think you like the weight you are in. You have a really cool biceps there. But not that much upper body / lower body.

I think you should gain some mass / weight, but of course it is your choice. So I cannot tell it is bad / good @ this point.

But in the weight you are in, that's cool. But you gotta rip a lil' more, for abs.

right now im at a depressing 165-170lbs..... i want to gain wieght but its so damn hard for me... what do you think of my shoulders.. im trying to build up my chest right now but i know i need to pack some size on. thanks for the replies

I'll have to agree with the others, maybe too much focus on Bis, not enough on legs/core. A back shot would be able to show us more on that though

my goals are kinda both to gain size and get some but not too many cuts on the way there. i want to have a wide presence. i want someone to walk by and say damn he lifts.. i might not be very big at my young 21 and natural body.. lol... but i actually got a lot of people to start working out. i am very proud of that . i get ppl at work coming up to me asking me tips and trying to ask for a good routine or to workout with me.. so thats cool. thats one thing that i like the most about lifting,is the admiration. i know i need to do more chest so im trying to lift twice a week for pecs and twice a weekd for my back and traps. i'll try to get a tricep and back pic up tonight. thanks for the replys.

haha sorry guys the lighting in my house is crap and all i have is a phone camera right now... so i'll have to wait a little bit till i work out in the day in the dungeon i call the garage!!!! haha.

Amazing biceps but no triceps! Hit those guys hard, proportionally they are supposed to be 2/3 the size of your arm. You have good genetics and a decent build....just depends what you wanna do.

How much do you weigh?
