thnks guys. im planining on cutting till my abs are poping out about 1-2 inches, meaning i need 2 be about 8-9 % bf. hopefully before summer ill start bulking like theres no 2morrow on the 1st of jan. im hoping u guys can help me get my bf % down, diet wise i have this diet made up but i got told it was crap. if u guys can hook me up ill be soooooo thankful. it looks like this:

meal3 : tuna sandwich with wholemeal bread.

meal 1 contains: protein 22g, fat 10.7g, carbs 48.1g which = 390 cals.
meal 2 contains: protein 40.2g,fat 5.6,carbs 36.1g which = 355.6 cals
meal 3 contains: protein 21.6g, fat 9.1g, carbs 34.6 which = 176.4
meal 4 contains: protein 40.2g, fat 5.6g, carbs 36.1g which = 355.6 cals.
meal 5 contains: protein 25g, fat 25g, carbs 50g, which = 525 cals.
meal 6 contains: protein 40.2g, fat 5.6g, carbs 36.1g which = 355.6 cals.
plz note that meal 5 is dinner and im currently living with my sis and she makes dinner for her husband and she makes diffrent foods every day so i dont know how much cals or fats are in it, what u see in meal 5 is aprox. thanks |
