BTW this pic was from May and my avatar is from late July. Not a huge difference, but enough to see improvement.

Yeah sorry about the pics, they are from my camera phone. When I get my digital camera soon, i'll take some better ones.

Well that was the summer, so I tried to pack on as much quality muscle as possible while keeping my waste small, my waste this past summer was 31 inches. I was in my best shape ever. Right now i'm now worrying too much about my waste, but i'm not gonna let it get out of hand.
