whats up guys. im 20 and i think i have great genetics.. but thats me. im endomorphic so my diet consists of few starches and carbs and a buttload of dead flesh. more starving than stuffing for me of any food type tho. at least i gain and hold gains with no effort. i started 1 year ago on my bday cuz i got a bench and etc. started with a 120lb bench(weak i know) with my great progress i have since joined a gym bout 6 months ago
flat bench 305lb 2x
incline bench 240 2x
decline 280 2x
curls 150 (no cheat) 175 (cheat)
i have kept detailed records of my growth- my arms have gone from 14 to 19 inches /my chest-46in to 58 inches /my waist from 36 to 32 ( iwas kinda fatty)

feedback good and bad please

Welcome to the board Chosen. Congrats on starting to bodybuild! Its cool that uve been at it for 1 year now and have made gains, remember that the first year is the easiest one of all, so dont get discouraged if u dont grow as fast the coming year. U look good in ur pics, definately got good genetics for the sport. I dont think ur arms are 19 inch, atleast not in the pic. The most important part of bbing is being honest with urself. 19inch arms are pretty big arms, and considering ur body fat looks to be decently low, i really doubt ur arms are 19 inch, measure them again to make sure. You'll be able to make better regocnition of improvements, having the right measurements down to start with. I might be wrong, might be just the pics, lemme know! Hope u keep posting! Keep on packing the size!

very good eye hanma. my arms are actually right under 18 bout 17.5 to 17.75 in the pics(they are from mid-may) and my body fat is relatively low. it hovers around 7%.
i also forgot to mention my height and weight earlier, which is 6'2" and 210lbs.
