My story is that ive been lifting for about 2 years. I hurt my shoulders about 6 months ago, and to this day i still have tendinitis in both shoulders. Due to this i cannot do most press movements which limits me in soooo many ways. I am down to 195 pounds now and around 16' arms, im not sure about my quads but they are fkin massive! My chest obviously sucks since i cant do press movements. My max weight was 210 (im 5'10), max arms was 17" and 1/2 and my bodyfat has never really beed any higher than 15%. Im slowly trying to heal my shoulders, but tendinitis is a fucken bitch and takes a long ass time to heal.
YEA I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN BY SHOULDER PAINS MINE HASN'T BEEN RIGHT SINCE I MESSED MINE UP ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO SO ON CERTAIN MOVEMENTS IT KILLS ME BUT YOU KNOW NO PAIN NO GAIN.
lol, no pain no gain, but this kind of pain isnt gonna give u gain ehe, it will actually slow u down! ehe. A trick to not get injured and heal injuries fast concerning muscles is to do alot of stretching during the day and especially before any type of lifting. Re-enforcing ur minor rotating muscles like the rotator cuffs also really helps for shoulder injury, not to mention it will boost ur bench press poundage like crazy!
