i 100% agree with Big Ty and the kid ... you got nice definition but you need some mass .... i would try lowering the reps and upping the weight ....i personally dont care for straight bar but ez bar curls (better on my forarms cause i get a pinching feeling when i do straight bar) and hammer curls ... both heavy ...then maybe toss in some double cable curls

hope this helps bro...keep up the good work an train hard!

Try doing some Power Movements like Bench Press and Bent over barbell rows they will work your bi's and your tri's secondarliy but you will make some good gains.

5 weeks really isnt a long enough time to see real improvement...

Arms do not grow fast bro... Rule of thumb to gain 1 inch on your arms you gotta put 10 pounds of muscle on the rest of your frame.

Just keep eating big and training hard and it will come in time. Nothing happens overnight (or 5 weeks) in this game.

also, this early in your development I wouldnt be training arms on their own day..

Put tris with Chest and Bis with back.. do only 4-6 sets after your done all your chest/back work. 10-12 reps with as much weight as you can handle.

Give some measurments.

Looks like your naturally on the leaner-thin side, it will be interesting to see where you can get to.

Hey Cameron,
Just remember one thing; I mean if you broke your arm two months ago, regardless of the type of bone fracture you experienced be careful with your training. when an arm is inmovilized for some time for healing; tendons, ligaments and joints get a little bit rusty we can say, so going heavy could be dangerous even on warming up and stretching, so please be careful.
If possible supplement yourself with some joint soother supplement (Chondroitin (Spelling) and sulfur)
Good luck bro..!
