Looks good man...seems to me that your chest and shoulders are lagging relative to your arm and trap development. overall you look pretty thick though, keep it up

I seem to have very similar genetics to you, absboy; my pecs are also a ''weakpoint'' in that they just don't cover alot of area across the sternum. It's very frustrating, especially when I see guys with the ''tall man's chest'' who don't work as hard but have more impressive pecs!

it freaking sucks bro. my main problem is my upper chest i go really heavy on my incline,but it dosent seem to grow as fast as the rest of my body, my chest is sore as we speak from yesterdays intense workout.lol. i guess it needs time.

first of all i need to work on my upper chest hard and i do need a tan and a shave.

try some DB pullover and some incline DB press, get that squeeze at the top of the contraction.

all in all, your looking good, good arms and trapz, how about some back and leg shots fella.

thanks for the advise. u dont want to see my legs. thay have a long way to go. like any other person that starts working out i started with my upper body and than about 8 months into it i started my legs so there not equal to the upper body, as for my back i also started late but i try to get a pic of my back up.

i think the lighting in your shots hides your chest and brings out your arms and shoulders more???? chest does seem a weak point, just work heavy on the good ol bench press

i didnt read through all the post, but i think a good partner to lift heavier weights would help, and eat much more at least 4k cal a day

i will love to have a training partner i had 2 when i started we trained together for about 4 months then one of them dogged it, 3 weeks after the other one dogged it leaving me to train by myself for 8 months now. i lift like soooooooooo much heavier with a training partner. like when im doing dumbell presses i cant lift them by myself, i do 37.5 kg by my self, and with my training partner i lift 45s.
