I'm gonna have to say the separation between your chest and shoulders..from the front....rear delts from the double back bicep pose...and traps...yeah your back is a weakness...you got a set of big ass wheels there...looking huge bro

I am thinkin weighins @ 230-235?? I know I will be above 230 just how much. By pre-judge the following morning I should be 236-242, depends how carb load goes.
Either way it will be the Super Heavy class, which is where I belong @ 5'11.
Heavies are always 3-5 inches shorter than me, which makes them appear proportionately larger, so judges end up w/ an apples to oranges comparison which doesn't help my placement...at least other supers are about my height.

looking good dude...do you ever do wide grip chins? random, i know. i think thats the single greatest non power(deads, etc) back exercise ever imo...even at your weight alot of bb say "im too heavy for those"...but you know my weight adjos and i still try to get 8 full reps... i stay sore for days!! good luck bro

Yeah I do 'em despite heavy bdyweight-however my tendonitis in both foreamrs makes it so I'm off and on w/ them.

Ah man tendinitis sucks. I got em in both my shoulders, and an inpingment in the right. Did u see an athletic therapist for it? I did, and he makes me do specific stretches and strengthening exercises for my rotator cuffs. It definately helps.
