pics look preaty good... it all begins with your diet thats first and foremost, then cardio, then your training, and finally supplements..in that order and dont let anyone tell u different.... If your diet is not on point forget it..
so eat clean...do your cardio...train and supplement wisely...

Eat 6-7 clean meals daily eating every 2-3 hours
Start out with 3 - 30 min cardio sessions weekly and you can increase that as you go along
Train 4 times a week giving your self proper rest

Supplement staples

- Whey Protein
- Creatine Monohydrate
- Multi vitamin
- EFA's
- BCAA's
- Glutamine
- Vitamin C and E
- Green Tea and Caffeine for fat burning and you are on your way

and one key piece of advice READ, READ, READ and READ some more get as much information about diet and training as you can...educate yourself about this

thanks for the golden advice there mate. but there's a problem, first of all i train 6 days a week and i do cardio 5 days a week, as for eating 6-7 meals a day i can't do that i'm very busy and it can't be done. what i do is i eat 3 times a day mostly tuna and chicken. also i'm thinking of doing cardio training twice a day 45 mins running in the morning and 30 mins swimming in the evening. is this good or is it over training? and how much body fat do u think i am? once again thanks for the advice bro.

I cant exactly tell what your bodyfat level is, but you can see your obliques and you can alos see the outline of your abdominals... realisticly i would guess in the 12-15 range which is not bad at all if you can get it down to 10 you would look very good. I would like to see what your training split looks like as well as your diet if you can break it down meal to meal... eating 6-7 times a day can be tough if you have a demanding job, but it can be done if you really want it bad enough....again 3 meals and 3 shakes would count for 6 meals....uhm 6 days a week is a lot more is not always better. post your training split and diet

stick with the green tea and a good fat burner. from there I think you are over training...way too young to be training that many times/week...the cardio is ok...another thing you really need to do is to up ur water intake...1-2 gallons/day...sip all day long...this way u are full and not wanting to cheat on ur diet.
If I were inur shoes I would hit the gym like a maniac, put on twenty "clean" lbs and grow....fuck cutting for the summer...its overrated!
