Here are a couple do it yourself pics I took, I am 6 wks out, i feel like I'm a little behind on definition, gonna drop some cals and up the cardio a bit.

Honestly in the offseason I don't count, I try to eat clean and lots of it, I would have to estimate that I can take in anywhere from7-8k calories on any given day depending on time and training, and appetite.

Right now my calories are 3490. That feels like starvation to me.
I don't really eat for maintenance, I either diet down or pig out!...Hahaha.

Each subsequent year I was roughly the same size but my conditioning and diet have gotten better.

Your looking pretty good for 6 weeks out. Your legs are awesome and judging by your 2nd picture your side chest pose will really stand out. how are the abs coming?

It's funny when you are dieting, one day good - one day bad. The day I took those photos I wasn't very happy w/ conditioning, today I look much better. The cardio is really starting to pay off. My diet consist of three low days(carbs)w/ one high day. It seems every third low day I seem to look better and the day after the high day I loo real good, it's that in between day I flatten out.
So today my abs are reall startin to show, but I want them to look like cube-steaks!!
