i don't really count my cals, i'm to busy for that kind of stuff, i just try to eat as healthy as possible and eat alot of protien and no junk.

i'm thinking of bulking after summer down here. i'm currently on a ab diet, trying to get that ripped six pack to pop out. also guys about the haircut i wanted to see how i looked. thanks for ur comments anyway.
